Almosnimo, Moses

   Greek scholar. He was born in Salonica. He was part of a delegation sent to Sultan Selim II to obtain the privileges and exemptions gained by Suleiman the Magnificent to the Salonican Jewish community. His writings include a description of Constantinople, Extremos y grandezas de Constantinopla.
